. The single hung window has all the same features as our double hung except just the lower sash operates and tilts in for cleaning.It features a screen only on the lower half of the window  for increased visibility.

 Designed with an interlocking centre meeting rail and featuring a positive locking mechanism for increased air-tightness.

The proprietary optional Structural Clip (patent pending) made of durable nylon, will greatly increase the structural strength of these windows. In the closed sash position, the Structural Clip locks into the main frame of the window and will support the sash under heavy wind loads. In the open sash position, the clip automatically disengages from the frame. The clip is only visible when you tilt the sash in for cleaning.

The patented drain channel with proprietary matching child proof latches provide for an exceptionally clean appearance and high resistance to water infiltration.

 The 3 1/4" frame is available with exterior casings and interior jamb extensions for new construction or flush for insert retrofit applications.

Windows can be mixed and matched into countless configurations including combining operating and fixed glass windows and are adaptable to your specific building or renovation projects in custom or standard sizes.
